Rally aboard America's Trump Express - or be ground beneath greatness wheels

America wins bigly

"Two major wins define this week," began a new White House briefing document. "First, jobless levels fell to their lowest level since 1969, a 57-year record that puts the full force of the Trump economic agenda on display."

Further gilding that success is the Trump administration's determination to ensure employment opportunities are exclusively available to American citizens. That's how it should be.

Paychecks legitimately earned by American citizens benefit our economy not only through taxes paid, but by healthy consumer spending. It's what made American businesses thrive, and is a major factor in securing this nation's rank above other world powers.

The president has steadfastly endorsed e-verify. The practice of verifying job applicants' legal rights to be in this nation -- let alone enjoy employment and profit thereby -- is one Trump supports, as well as levying stiff penalties against unscrupulous employers who would flout American laws and encourage illegality by cultivating lower-paid scofflaw workforces.

(Iowa's elected congressional officials -- all Republicans -- also back e-verify.)

The White House briefing document also noted: "President Trump secured the Ratepayer Protection Pledge -- a landmark agreement guaranteeing that America's AI dominance is built without sticking consumers with the bill."

By that crucial exercise, our president did away with a major kvetch voiced by AI critics: that related costs would burden tax-payers. Trump now guarantees they won't.

As important as protecting jobs for real Americans and ensuring technological advancement are, the two are hardly lonely on the list of positive moves forward realized by the Trump White House.

Other wins have been pocketed in police and fire departments' hiring; military recruitment; foreign investments now totaling astronomically; and new factories being built here by formerly internationally located corporations that have returned to these shores.

In concluding his White House Correspondents' Dinner speech, President Trump noted both the progress our country has so far made as a result of America First policies, and world leaders' awestruck recognition: "The King of Saudi Arabia said it. Everyone said almost the same words. 'We thought you were a dead country. We never thought you had a chance. You were never gonna make it back.'

"'And in a period of a year, a period of one year, you made it the hottest country anywhere in the world!'

"We did that together," Trump proclaimed. "It's not just me. We all did it together. We have made America great again, and it's gonna get a lot greater!"

The bloodlusting tolerant

In days that immediately followed (yet another) attempt to assassinate President Trump, numerous famed Democrat officials and show business flakes either blamed the intended victim, disputed the crime's factualness, or twirled noisemakers.

Rep. Jerrold Nadler spat that America's president is the "chief insurrectionist."

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries called for "Maximum warfare - everywhere, all the time!" Slurs Jeffries has slammed our chief executive's way include "fascist, "liar," "hater," and "Hitler."

All-but-forgotten Star Wars actor Mark Hamill posted an AI photo of America's duly-elected president lying, eyes closed, before a tombstone. "If only" was the gruesome wish Luke Skywalker added.

At this writing, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer - historically, an indefatigable source of hysterical and unfounded Trump smearings - has yet to condemn the extreme left shooter.

Steve Schmidt, co-founder of the odious Lincoln Project, spoke to Ben Shapiro's Daily Wire in the aftermath. “He’s a poisonous, venomous man,” Schmidt said of Americans' chosen president.
“He’s an insurrectionist, the foremost domestic enemy of the Constitution in American history. He is a vile and disgusting man, a convicted sex predator, and likely a pedophile."

(Schmidt reportedly left the Lincoln Project in 2021, following revelations that fellow group co-founder, John Weaver, had exploited his status to entice numerous youthful males, including a boy of only 14.)

Thoroughly despicable? Of course. But smears squeaked by high-profile leftists are not the sole indicators of Democrats' moral degradation. Abundant detritus can also be found among the grassroots faithful.

Social media has been lousy with lousiness. "Racist" and "rapist," were common (albeit baseless) epithets, as was "orange MFer."
Scores of personally unpleasant liberals moaned, because President Trump's latest aspiring assassin was not successful. Roaringly repulsive bar and restaurant proprietors sought to cultivate profits by scrambling atop the anti-American poison-vehicle.

Radical rabble have elevated Luigi Mangioni - whose murder of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson was captured on surveillance video - to a folk-hero echelon normally restricted to persons of noble accomplishments.

"Luigi Mangioni murdered a healthcare CEO, and the left fell in love," said Fox News' Jesse Watters in a recent broadcast.

Proudly horrible Democrat Hasan Piker cast Mangioni's murderous crime as justified, per lunatic Marxist "social murder" theory.
Rand Paul's neighbor tackled the Republican senator to the dirt, and cracked Paul's ribs. BLM burned city blocks; physically attacked law enforcement, store owners, and innocent passersby; wrought an estimated $20 billion in nationwide vandalism damage; perpetrated arson; and thronged streets, calling for policemen's mass deaths.

Antifa ragings include thousands of malicious subversives stalking through boulevards - blocking unrelated traffic that might include ambulances - hurling bricks and firebombs at police. Too, they perpetrated last year's shooting outside a Texas ICE facility, violence that wounded one federal agent.

"Any time, any place, punch a Nazi in the face!," runs a popular leftist street chant. Marauders spray paint ACAB (All Cops Are Bastards) on unmanned patrol cars.

Longtime Democrat voters may not hold such vile views, but they might as well. They'll damn near break a leg dashing to the ballot booth to pull the lever for anyone with a D after their name.
Vote blue, no matter who. Regardless of anything they've said. Anything. (Even if they wear a Nazi tattoo.)

That's how Democrat candidates who spew hateful slime, and who respond to political brutalities and rioting by donning party hats, remain in office. Not because all grassroots supporters are themselves vermin, but because they elect those who are, and do so without compunctions.

Perhaps they delude themselves that they're remaining loyal to "the JFK party." The reality they refuse to accept: that party is forever past tense.

Would today's liberals have hopped on the donkey wagon back then, if that party had trumpeted transgenderism, subservience to foreign terrorists, organized harassment of Christians, drag monstrosities reading to toddlers, illegal immigration that takes jobs from American workers, green boondoggles, teachers indoctrinating students with wacky ideologies, and nationwide fraud schemes costing untold millions?

America-despisers have now made three attempts to assassinate President Trump. They shot Reagan. They murdered Charlie Kirk. They shot Steve Scalise. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavenaugh was an intended killer's target.

Elected Democrat Party officials demand law enforcement be defunded. Liberals' pastime is sabotaging ICE enforcement of American laws, including driving into brave agents, lashed by homicidal intent.

Millions of unvetted illegals invaded our country, with Democrat officials' holding open the door. Rapes, child molestation, killings, and other stomach-turning crimes ensued.

Dwarfing all that blood-letting chaos, are Democrats' cheers for tens of millions of healthy babies to be aborted, annually.

Again, rank-and-file liberals may not endorse each act of barbarity, but they undeniably enable them with their votes. When next a woke official panders to violently-rioting simple-wits, blame your neighbor who still has a Hillary sticker on his electric Nissan.

"The 'tolerant bunch,' it turns out, are the most intolerant folks on the planet," Fox News host Laura Ingraham observed, as these words were being typed.

Fish may rot from the head, as goes the axiom, but it's the nether region that ensures decay perpetuation.

Forbes cleans up on aisle Soros

Democrats' defense of Nazi tattoo-bearer/U.S. senatorial candidate Graham Platner is reprehensible. That scandal, though, has ugly company.

For the purpose of 10/20/2025 George Soros PR puffery, Forbes writer Ty Roush hefted the Fake News banner. He branded as a "baseless conspiracy theory" the assertion that, when 14 years-old, Soros bore witness (without protest) to Third Reich-era Nazis seizing Jewish property.

Before I tear down Roush's fabulism, consider these verbatim quotes from Soros himself, made during a 1998 interview with CBS 60 Minutes host Steve Kroft:

KROFT: "You're a Hungarian Jew who escaped the Holocaust by posing as a Christian."

SOROS: "Right."

KROFT: "And you watched lots of people get shipped off to the death camps."

SOROS: "Right. I was 14 years-old. And I would say that's when my character was made."

KROFT: "In what way?"

SOROS: "That one should think ahead. That one should understand and anticipate events. And when one is threatened - it was a tremendous threat of evil, a very personal experience of evil."

KROFT: "My understanding is that you went out with this protector of yours who swore that you were his adopted [Christian] godson. Went out, in fact, and helped in the confiscation of property from the Jews."

SOROS: "That's right."

KROFT: "I mean, that sounds like an experience that would send lots of people to the psychiatric couch for many, many years. Was it difficult?"

SOROS: "Not at all, not at all. Maybe as a child, you don't see the connection. But it was -- it created no problem, at all."

KROFT: "No feeling of guilt?"

SOROS: "No."

KROFT: "For example: 'I'm Jewish, and here I am, watching these people go. I could just as easily be there. I should be there.' None of that?"

SOROS: "Well, of course I could be on the other side, or I could be the one from whom the thing is being taken away. But there was no sense that I shouldn't be there, because that was -- well, actually, in a funny way, it's just like in markets. That if I weren't there -- of course, I wasn't doing it, but somebody else would be taking it away, anyhow."

In a 2023 Jerusalem Post essay, Larry Pfeffer observed "By his insensitive logic, German, Japanese, and Russian soldiers could also have exclaimed that they don't need to regret raping women, since if they didn't, then someone else would have."

Forbes' Roush noted the Soros 60 Minutes interview. But he did not nmention that the subject had, in that same interview, conceded the allegation's soundness.

In his article, "Trump targets George Soros: Billionaire accused of funding 'No Kings' protests," Roush denied the fact of Soros' complicity.

One passage in Roush's Forbes article was titled "Soros strangely accused of collaborating with Nazis."

It read: "Another baseless conspiracy theory circulated on social media in 2018 claiming Soros, whose family survived the Nazis' occupation of Hungary and the Holocaust, collaborated with the Nazis. The movement gained steam after actress Roseanne Barr, who spread several conspiracies in a social media frenzy, wrote, 'George Soros is a Nazi who turned in his fellow Jews [to] be murdered in German concentration camps and stole their wealth.' Barr’s message was shared by Donald Trump Jr., who later denied having shared 'anything that was antisemitic.' Alex Jones supported Barr’s claims and alleged Soros admitted to collaborating with Nazis in a 1998 interview—though Soros told 60 Minutes he experienced a 'tremendous evil, a very personal experience of evil.'"

(Interesting is that Roush savaged Roseanne Barr, though the Forbes functionary omitted that Barr, herself, is Jewish. Acknowledging the comedienne's own Jewishness would have rendered Roush's flackery awkward, if not impossible.)

14 year-old Soros settled upon his choice for self-preservation's sake, in a doubtlessly terrifying moment. But he was quite old when 60 Minutes profiled him, and could no longer find refuge behind the excuse of immaturity. He rationalized it.

So, recall Soros's 1998 public admission, and his contemporary lack of moral qualms about his involvement, when next you hear Democrats he supports falsely smear Trump as Hitler, and compare MAGA patriots to Nazis.

Reflect, too, on the verity of President Trump's frequent admonition that the mainstream press is an enemy of the American people.

Roush's choreographed deceits may keep Forbes wage envelopes streaming his way, but they do dirt to legitimate interests of journalistic accuracy and public knowledge.

(The intended nature of this piece was specified in a 10/24 request for comment that was emailed to Roush. He did not respond.)

The Soros secret

Hollywood's John Cusack, producer Larry David, and Harvard Law Professor emeritus Lawrence Tribe are only the latest leftists to deceitfully smear President Donald Trump as comparable to megalomanial National Socialist Adolf Hitler.

Despite its groundlessness, the Nazi slur is a rhetorical gimcrack favored by loosely wrapped shriekers; they wield it to defame and intimidate ideological adversaries.

This writer submits there is a whale of a difference between the common-sense president and the 1930s genocidal madman Hitler - a vile monster with whose shadow the contemporary Left is tickled to align itself.

Multibillionaire George Soros is a gilded patron of hideous interests like Planned Parenthood, abolition of national borders and sovereignty, and the racial discord urged by scowling separatists. Too, he contributes mightily to Democrat candidates, and is alleged to be among major bankrollers of protests that target President Trump and Elon Musk, and that demand Israel's elimination and champion Hamas terrorists.

A dessicated Mr. Toad, Soros is said to manipulate the world's peoples and international permutations like a reptilian-blooded chess player. His amoral machinations are calculated in a mostly obscured shadowland in which he is safeguarded 24/7 by a kept mercenary army.

Left-wing activists who avail themselves of his largesse are connected, wittingly or not, to actual Nazis of the Third Reich era.

As a 14 year-old during that deplorable interval, Soros pretended to be Christian and accompanied Nazi death-camp guards as they confiscated doomed Jewish prisoners' valuables. Even decades after that shameful, loathsome reality, Soros expressed no compunction.

60 Minutes host Steve Kroft interviewed him for a December 29, 1998 profile.

KROFT: "My understanding is that you went out with this protector of yours who swore that you were his adopted grandson. Went out, in fact, and helped in the confiscation of property from the Jews."

SOROS: "Yes. That's right. Yes."

KROFT: "I mean, that sounds like an experience that would send lots of people to the psychiatric couch for many, many years. Was it difficult?"

SOROS: "No. Not at all, not at all. Maybe as a child, you don't see the connection. But it was - created no problem, at all."

KROFT: "No feeling of guilt?"

SOROS: "No."

KROFT: "For example, 'I'm Jewish and here I am, watching these people go. I could just as easily be there. I should be there.' None of that?"

SOROS: "Well, of course, I could be on the other side, or I could be the one from whom the thing is being taken away. But there was no sense that I shouldn't be there, because that was - well, actually, in a funny way, it's just like in markets. That if I wasn't there - of course, I wasn't doing it, but somebody else would be taking it away, anyhow.

"And it was the - whether I was there or not, I was only a spectator. The property was being taken away. So I had no role in taking that property. So I had no guilt."

Today, unsurprisingly, the left-wing magnate's Open Societies webpage makes no mention of this despicable truth. Instead, it hails Soros' surviving that horrendous time and burbles about his subsequent determination to better world conditions.

No one can condemn a callow 14 year-old for acting out of self-interest when in a terrifying circumstance. But Soros was of greatly advanced age when speaking to 60 Minutes, and he still evidenced zero conscience.

Because he has long aimed a gushing dollar-hose into subversive Left pockets, though, progressive pretenders at moral scrupulousness never shrink from him.

When next you hear of office-ensconced politicos, entertainment industry quislings, media charlatans, or violent Democrat street-rioters falsely labeling President Trump, Elon Musk, or the millions of MAGA stalwarts as "Nazis," remember with whom those same morally fetid liars disgustingly choose to share bedspace.
